4Best Deal & Perfect Product!Mar 13, 2008
By Paul Hughes "Nemrel"
For a neck disorder called Occipital Neauralgia (a condition where the nerves in my occipital ridge (that part at the base of your skull and at the top of your neck) are irritated, damaged and entrapped in muscles in that area) I got a TENS unit to try for the chronic, nonstop pain I'm in. My insurance got me a great unit that took the standard pads and led wires. I tried it for a few months and eventually ran out of the few TENS Pads they gave me with the unit. I had two pads left, but ended up deciding to give up on the TENS unit for my condition. It kinda worked, but in most situations I ended up having a migraine after treatment.

Flash forward like 3 months later and one day my wife went to her Chiropractor and after being adjusted, he told her about TENS Electro-Stimulation Therapy and suggested that she be put on his machine in order to see if it helped her hold her spinal adjustments longer. Well it helped, in regards to the adjustments lasting longer and with her arthritis back pain. After a few more sessions she mentioned that we had a unit at home and asked if she should give it a try? She has been using it ever since. When she has TENS Pads she uses the machine everyday. Usually 25 to 60 minutes per day. Her unit (since it helped her out, she got to claim it as hers) allows two independent channels to run at once. So you control two sets wires with two pads per wire channel. So she uses four pads during a session. It can get expensive if you don't shop around or if you buy pads with bad adhesive gel that losses it's stickiness after two or three sessions.

So we had a device that worked for my wife, but we kept running out of TENS Pads. Then I found these on Amazon and the company who sells them. We get 30 pads at a time and they usually last 5 to 7 months depending on a wide variety of factors - but none due to the actual pads themselves.

The stimulation charge has been consistent with every Pad we have used. These pads don't seem to mind when she sweats. Some pads fall off at any moisture change, which makes using your TENS Unit during the Summer impossible. The connectors on the pad is always tight so the led pin stays in place. We haven't had a single pad that died too fast, didn't stick well or had trouble carrying the Electro Stim charge to her body. We have purchased over 90 pads from this seller during the last 2 years.

Plan and simple these are the best we have found and thankfully we found them!

2Good for one use onlySep 14, 2009

After one use, the gel slides off the patch. Reapplication after that causes that tingling feeling as it is not sticking properly

5They really workFeb 25, 2008

I am using these pads as I type this review. They work even better than the pads sent with the original machine. They seem to adhere better and are more sensitive. This was a great product for a very good price.

3Could be betterNov 06, 2009

The adhesive gave out after about 3 uses. I've purchased other tens pads that last longer. Don't expect more than 3 uses of the tens pad before you have to toss it.

5good product, but lost in mailAug 04, 2007
By Lori
The product is great...no problems at all with the product but once my order did not arrive week after week, I finally called the mfr and they were nice enough to quickly ship out another package. All in all, the company was great to work with, but frustratiing having to wait so long initially.
