I had a good experience with ear acupuncture a few years ago for weight loss, but it was expensive. And eventually I put the weight back on. I decided to try the ear magnets to see if I could get some affect to help with cravings. The magnets seemed to work OK, but I may have just been experiencing a placebo affect. Not sure. But I will use them again to make sure I'm hitting on all cylinders. :)
Also, you'll need an ear chart to help you figure out where to put them. I was able to apply them myself without too much hassle.
You can keep them on for typically 5-6 days before they naturally fall off due to showering and the like. I even swam with them on!

This product is so vague and arrives with NO instructions so nobody knows how to use this or where on which ear ( R or L ) to apply the magnets. I had heard and read people use these ear magnets for everything from weight loss to quitting smoking via ear magnets like this by using the accupressure techniques. As for THIS particular product, I don't know if it works due to the fact I just received this product & just applied it ( on both upper ear ridges...backside on both ears ) It occured to me that anyone whom has multi ear piercings ( like myself ) or whom wears eyeglasses/sunglasses ( like myself ) would achieve different affects due to the magnets applied to that area where earrings/eyeglasses rest. ??? Either I will stop smoking ( which I bought these for ) or I will unfortunely lose weight ( which I cannot afford being way too thin ) or BOTH or NOTHING. As a reviewer I can see why the company didn't include any directions for liablilty concerns. This gaget is just OK. I don't like it nor do I endorse it. It's so vague but one thing I can verify is the fact these ARE magnetic because I tested a kitchen fridge magnet to one of them and it stuck. These measure exactly 1/4 of an inch square and the "seed" magnet is the size of a poppy seed (as in cooking ). Very small.
